The month of August has arrived, time to celebrate our Nation’s birthday! To commemorate this occasion, we've taken Singapore's favourite traditional breakfast spread and paired it with our good ol'-fashioned pandan chiffon sponge. With familiar flavours of home, we hope this cake brings back all those wonderful childhood memories!    

Our Pandan Kaya Cake is made with soft and fluffy pandan chiffon sponge and coconut buttercream, layered with our fragrant homemade kaya, covered with toasted desiccated coconut and topped with pandan leaves.

Please note that this is a buttercream cake.
