Two Tier Tropical Palm Beach Cake

This design features a pastel blue base adorned with piped grass and buttercream palm trees, each handpiped by our cake artists. The top tier showcases a sky blue marbled exterior finished with fondant clouds and handpiped grass on the top surface. Choose to add on fondant letters to make this cake your own. To personalise it further, choose from our range of fondant and paper toppers in the 'Decorations' category
Do note that the fondant toppers are skewered with bamboo skewers for stability purposes. These skewers must be removed before the cake is consumed.
Food safe dowels may be used to ensure structural stability of the cake.
This customised cake design is frosted with swiss meringue buttercream, which is best consumed at room temperature when soft and creamy.
If refrigerated, thaw for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour or until cream is soft to the touch to ensure that it cuts well. Do not consume straight from the fridge as it will be crumbly and hard to cut.
The cake can be displayed in an air con room (at least 18°C) for up to 4 hours. It is not recommended to display or store cakes without air con, especially under the hot sun, or in warm and humid areas.
