Matcha lovers, this one’s for you! With matcha being all the hype these days, we couldn’t resist going all out with our Matcha Matcha Cake. Soft matcha sponge meets silky matcha pastry cream, creating a perfect balance of earthy, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. To top it off, we’ve added matcha blondie pieces, delicate gold leaves, and marigold petals for that extra special touch. If you’re as obsessed with matcha as we are, this is the cake you need to try!
This customised cake design is frosted with swiss meringue buttercream, which is best consumed at room temperature when soft and creamy.
If refrigerated, thaw for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour or until cream is soft to the touch to ensure that it cuts well. Do not consume straight from the fridge as it will be crumbly and hard to cut.
The cake can be displayed in an air con room (at least 18°C) for up to 4 hours. It is not recommended to display or store cakes without air con, especially under the hot sun, or in warm and humid areas.
Our cakes have a 2 day ordering lead time. Do note that available slots are filled on a first come, first served basis. We recommend placing your tarts order ASAP to secure your slot!
