CAKE FROSTER

Job Scope
- Assembling and frosting standard and customised cakes
- Decorating of mini cupcakes, tarts and donuts
- Prepping and cooking ingredients required for assembly of sponges
- Maintain general cleanliness of workstation and equipment
- 6-day workweek

Overtime pay and after-hours transport allowance provided 


Requirements
- Diploma in Pastry and Bakery required
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate required
- Fresh graduates welcome but applicants with 1-2 years of work experience will be preferred
- Applicants who can start immediately will be strongly preferred 
- Required attributes: good working attitude, able to get along well with teammates, fast learner, meticulous, clean with good hygiene, able to understand instructions and briefs, good initiative
- Able to commit to at least 1-2 years of service
- Punctual and able to work weekends and Public Holidays
- Comfortable with working overtime if required

BAKER

Job Scope
- Daily baking and production of sponges and mini items such as donuts, cupcakes, tarts
- Assisting in fondant preparation if required
- Assisting in cooking cake components if required
- Maintain general cleanliness of workstation and equipment
- 5.5-day workweek

Requirements

Part-Time Kitchen Assistant

Job Scope 
- Available Thursday-Saturday, 8am-5pm
- Providing assistance in decorating of mini cupcakes, tarts and donuts   
- Providing assistance in cooking prep if required
- Providing assistance in assembly of cakes if required
 
- Maintain general cleanliness of workstation and equipment 
- 5.5-day workweek  
Overtime pay and after-hours transport allowance provided


Requirements 
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate required 
- Some working experience in the kitchen preferred
- Able to start by 1st October. Applicants who can start immediately will be strongly preferred  
- Required attributes: good working attitude, able to get along well with teammates, fast learner, meticulous, clean with good hygiene, able to understand instructions and briefs, good initiative 
- Able to commit to at least 6 months of service  
- Punctual and able to work weekends and Public Holidays 
- Comfortable with working overtime

AD-HOC DRIVERS

Job Scope 
- Liaising with customers regarding cake deliveries
- Delivering cakes on time 
- Confirming good condition of items when delivered
- Dealing with last minute delivery changes where applicable
- Reporting back to logistics team regarding completion of deliveries

Deliveries will be allocated based on your availability and rates will be confirmed prior to jobs being confirmed. 

Vehicle will not be provided. Applicants to use their own vehicle (passenger or commercial, no motorbikes).


Requirements 
- Polite with good communication skills
- Valid driver's licence
- Must be able to adhere to strict collection and delivery timings
- Able to start by 1st October. Applicants who can start immediately will be strongly preferred
