In honour of National Day, we're taking a local dessert favourite and turning it into a cake! Indulge in our Bubur Cha Cha Cake, made with coconut sponge and layered with sweet potato coconut cream. Have a surprise with every bite you take with layers of sweet potato chunks, yam chunks, and coconut jelly. The cake is finished with fresh whipped mascarpone cream and topped with toasted coconut. Cake should be kept refrigerated (not frozen) till time of consumption. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge in an air-tight container up to 3 days.
