We're taking our beloved classic, the Cookie Dough Speculoos cake and spicing it up with a little twist - HAZELNUTS! For this cake, we use silky smooth hazelnut praline made of caramelised hazelnuts that's been medium roasted for a rich flavour and golden colour. We layer that with handmade cookie dough specked with roasted hazelnuts and moist chocolate sponge. To finish, we enrobe the cake with 66% Valrhona chocolate ganache and crushed hazelnuts. As this cake is frosted with ganache, it requires refrigeration (not frozen) till time of consumption and must be consumed at room temperature for best texture and easy cutting.

The cake can be displayed in an air-con room (at least 18°C) for up to 4 hours. It is not recommended to display or store cakes without air con, especially under the hot sun or in warm and humid areas.

If refrigerated, thaw at room temperature for approx. 30-60min or until cream is soft to touch.

Do not consume straight from the fridge as it will be crumbly and hard to cut.Leftovers can be kept in the fridge in an air-tight container up to 3 days, thaw 20-30mins before consumption.
