Topped with chocolate streusel and Pu Erh tea jelly. Pu Erh is a unique fermented tea that hails from the Yunnan Province of China. Try this delightful tea pairing today!
6" Size - Approx 1.3kg, good for 5-13 pax
8" Size - Approx 1.9kg, good for 10-19 pax
10" Size - Approx 3.4kg, good for 20-34 pax
This cake is frosted with swiss meringue buttercream, which is best consumed at room temperature when soft and creamy. If refrigerated, thaw for at least 1-2 hours or until cream is soft to the touch to ensure that it cuts well. Do not consume straight from the fridge as it will be crumbly and hard to cut.
The cake can be displayed in an air con room (at least 18°C) for up to 4 hours. It is not recommended to display or store cakes without air con, especially under the hot sun, or in warm and humid areas.
