Black Forest Cake
A modern take on the black forest cake, this cake has layers of Kirsch-soaked chocolate sponge, fresh cream and chopped Griottine cherries. Finished with a dark chocolate drizzle and gold-dusted Kirsch-soaked cherries.
Do note that this fresh cream cake contains alcohol and beef gelatine. Cake should be kept refrigerated (not frozen) till time of consumption. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge in an air-tight container up to 3 days
