Vegan Banana Cake (Refined Sugar-Free, Egg-Free, Dairy-Free)
This banana cake is so moist and delicious, no one would ever guess it’s made without eggs, refined sugar and dairy! We pair the banana sponge with a light coconut frosting, covered it with dessicated coconut and topped with some natural, freeze-dried raspberries for a pop of colour.
Sweetened with pure Canadian maple syrup, this cake is a great option for the health-conscious or those with dietary restrictions too as it is soy-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free and made without honey.
Fresh cream cakes should be kept refrigerated (not frozen) till time of consumption. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge in an air-tight container up to 3 days
6" Size - Approx 1.1kg, good for 5-13 pax
8" Size - Approx 1.5kg, good for 10-15 pax
10" Size - Approx 3kg, good for 20-30 pax
Do note that this cake is made in an environment that handles eggs, dairy, nuts and wheat products and therefore is not recommended for those with serious allergies.
If message is required, it will be written on the cake with dark chocolate that is not sugar- or dairy-free.
