Our Story

Established in 2013 by Ethel & Shaun, Edith Patisserie stands out among local bakeries with a heartfelt commitment to being your partner in celebrations. Our journey began with a simple yet profound belief: quality cakes should be accessible to all. Specialising in celebration cakes and desserts like brownies and tarts, every creation is crafted with meticulous care and an unwavering commitment to quality.

What sets us apart? At Edith Patisserie, we offer a wide variety of options, including healthier bakes such as sugar-free cakes. We understand the importance of quality ingredients, especially when it comes to what we feed our loved ones. That's why we meticulously source only the finest ingredients that they deserve. Whether it's a birthday, wedding, or any celebration, we have something delicious for everyone, including those with special dietary requirements.

Our recipes are taste-tested and tailored to local palates. The result? Moist, tender cakes that are lower in sugar without compromising on taste. 

From our humble beginnings as a two-person team, Edith Patisserie has flourished into a beloved local favorite, with four bakery outlets and a presence in five CSFresh bakeries through our collaboration with the CSFresh team.

Cake Froster & Decorato

- Learn how to frost and decorate all kinds of cakes, from everyday designs to showstopping tiered cakes!
- Prepare and decorate mini bites like tarts, cupcakes, brownies and more
- Valid food hygiene certification required
- Pastry diploma or some commercial bakery experience required

Baker and Fondant Artist

- Learn how to bake everything from cake sponges to macarons
- Create beautiful and intricate fondant toppers and sugar decorations
- Valid food hygiene certification required
- Pastry diploma or some commercial bakery experience required

- Be a brand ambassador by projecting a positive and professional image
- Establish interpersonal relationships with customers 
- No experience required, just a friendly face and positive attitude!
