Delivery Information

In-Store Collection

  • Collections are available at 275 Outram Road, #01-00, Singapore 169064 daily between 10am to 7pm (Last preorder collection at 6pm)

  • For a smooth collection, you will need to present your order number or e-receipt in store. The bakes must be checked and verified as correct and in good condition, and a signed acknowledgement on our collection form is required. Our team will advise you on the specific storage instructions before you leave!
  • To ensure your bakes are transported safely, please handle them with care. We recommend keeping your bakes on a level surface at all times. Refrain from swinging the bag that is carrying your bakes, or slinging it over your shoulder. 

  • Nearest MRT station: Havelock Station (TE16)

  • Nearest bus stops include: Blk 1 (10149), Aft Furama RiverFront (06060), Bef Outram Flyover (06049), Blk 55 (06051)

  • Roadside parking is available outside the bakery. Public parking is also available across the road next to Superland Pre-school



  • Deliveries are available at $15 per location, per date, per time slot for order values below $150 (not applicable for Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island and restricted areas).

  • Deliveries to Sentosa is subject to an additional $10 charge. We do not deliver to Jurong Island, Tuas, Changi Airport Terminal 5 or restricted areas (Do check out our list of restricted zones here).

  • Deliveries are free for order values above $150, Excluding deliveries to Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, restricted areas and for orders utilizing discount code or points redemption that leads to the final order value falling below $150.

  • Certain locations and dates will not be available due to events or road clousures (E.g. NDP, F1 etc.) 

  • Our available delivery time slots from Monday to Sunday are: 

    • 10am-12pm

    • 12pm-2pm

    • 2pm-4pm

    • 5pm-7pm (Not available on Sundays)

  • For a seamless delivery, do ensure that you provide us with the following information

    • Reservation and/or receiver’s details

    • 2 contact numbers, for deliveries to Restaurants, Hotels, Hospitals and Chalet

  • A strict 10-minute waiting time applies for every delivery. If deliveries cannot be received by the receiving party during the stipulated 10-minute period, the order will be left outside the door (only applicable if  there is access to the apartment/office) or sent back to our store for your collection during our operating hours.
  • For Stay Home Delivery Time Slots, delivery will happen any time between the stated stipulated time slot and we are unable to advise or guarantee arrival by a certain time/time slot as this is subject to the third party delivery's schedule
