A modern take on the black forest cake, this cake has layers of Kirsch-soaked chocolate sponge, fresh cream and chopped Griottine cherries. Finished with chocolate chantilly, Kirsch-soaked cherries, roasted cocoa nibs, and gold leaf embellishments. This cake contains alcohol.
Note: For 4" cakes, longer messages will be piped on the cake board instead.
