Our Delivery Policy
Time Slots
At Edith Patisserie, we offer daily delivery slots so that your healthy cake can arrive at the right time for your celebration. Choose from the following time slots (available from Monday to Sunday):
- 10am to 12pm (10am -1pm on weekends)
- 12pm to 2pm
- 2pm to 4pm
- 5pm to 7pm (not available on Sundays)
Your cake will arrive at your stipulated Singapore address anytime within the chosen two-hour timeframe. Please ensure that you are available to receive the order during this window as a 10-minute waiting time applies for all deliveries. If no one is available to receive the cake after this time, it will be left at the door or returned to our store for collection during operating hours.

Fees
For healthy cake orders with a subtotal above $150 (before GST and after applicable discounts), free delivery is available to most locations in Singapore.
For orders below $150, the following fees apply:
- Deliveries to a single location within a two-hour slot: $15
- Deliveries to a single location within a nine-hour slot (10am to 7pm): $12
An additional $10 charge applies for deliveries to Sentosa.
In-Store Collection
Prefer to pick up your healthy cake in person? You can choose to collect your order at our bakery in Tiong Bahru, easily accessible via MRT (Havelock Station), bus, or private vehicle.

Collections can be made on Mondays to Sundays between 10am and 7pm (last collection is at 6.30pm). Please have your order number ready and ensure that your cake is in good order before leaving the store.
